I have a Flash Player Icon showing among all the other apps installed on my Nexus. I assume that verifies FLASH is NOT installed on my NEXUS 10. It showed a place holder image with a label that says "need a plug in to view" It did not display the flash object for me. It has a flash object that I can see with my PC so I know it is there.
